The Sneakreaper Industries x Hooligan Hand Crafted Large Ball Pein Hammer starts with an authentic circa-1960s drop-forged hammer head, individually hand worked by Hooligan Hand Crafted and fitted with a hickory handle.
Beyond machine shops and garages, the ball pein hammer has an infamous place in old-school outlaw biker culture. Simple, readily available, and looking like nothing more than an everyday shop tool, hammers like these developed a reputation as part of the rough-and-tumble culture surrounding early motorcycle clubs. This piece gives a subtle nod to that history while preserving the character of a genuine vintage American hand tool.
The decades-old forged head has been carefully worked while retaining the scars, imperfections, and personality that make vintage steel unique. It’s finished with Sneakreaper Industries x Hooligan Hand Crafted laser co-branding on the head and paired with a hand-finished hickory handle.
